However, product colours, appearance, packaging and other details may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings, manufacturing changes or other circumstances.
3. Orders
All Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an Order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, inaccurate product information, insufficient stock or suspected fraudulent activity.
An Order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and accepted by the Company.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an Order.
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel affected Orders where necessary.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently provide shipping within Malaysia only.
Shipping is free of charge for eligible orders. We aim to deliver Orders within 7 days after payment confirmation.
Overnight or next-day delivery is not available, and we do not provide international shipping.
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
Customers may be required to provide supporting evidence, including photographs, order information and unboxing or product-use videos where applicable.
7. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using the Goods according to the product instructions, safety information and applicable recommendations.
The Company shall not be responsible for damage or loss caused by improper use, misuse, modification or failure to follow the provided instructions.
