1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia only.
We do not provide international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Fee
Free shipping is provided for all orders within Malaysia. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout for eligible orders.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
We aim to deliver orders within 7 days from the date the order is processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Overnight Delivery
Overnight or next-day delivery is not available. Customers should allow sufficient time for order processing and delivery.
5. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
